Surviving the school holidays? The Department Store in Takapuna are doing another Mum's Day Off today! They have a supervised play area upstairs on the same level as Topshop with story telling, face painting, fairy games and pirate games. Haeata and I have dropped by for a couple of events and they always have some very friendly and entertaining fairies on duty.
And so you can make the most of your time off, they'll have discounts in every store. Or you know, you could just go sit downstairs in La Boulange and have a quiet cup of coffee.
