Forte St Opening Today

One of the best things about that Rugby-thing-that-shall-not-be-named are the new "shared spaces" being created in the inner city. Elliot St, Darby St, Lorne St and Forte St are now all spaces where pedestrians have the right of way. About time Auckland. 


Forte St has finally been completed (the area between Queen St and Commerce St) and they're having a party from 11:45 - 5pm today. They've set up a stage where lots of Auckland bands including Jury and the Saints and Clap Clap Riot will be doing there thing for free all day.
